Oluwabunmi
Oluwabunmi is a graduate of the University of Ibadan and attended the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law with a focus on International Economic Law, Labour Law, Taxation, Banking, and Insurance.
She began her legal career representing banks and corporations in commercial disputes and has since developed extensive experience in this area of practice. Passionate about both advocacy and advisory work, she skillfully combines active litigation with corporate soliciting.
In addition to her legal practice, Oluwabunmi is a Chartered Secretary and Administrator who provides company secretarial support to small, medium, and large-scale enterprises — including banks, fintechs, real estate, asset management, and other corporate entities. Her core practice areas include Dispute Resolution and Insolvency, Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking, Finance and Tax, and Real Estate and Property Law.
She is a Member of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), an Associate of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (BRIPAN), and an Accredited Mediator at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse. She also serves as a Management Consultant and Corporate Trainer.
