As a Senior Partner at The Priceless Chamber, Adaku has developed deep expertise in both the legal and quasi-judicial aspects of real estate practice, providing strategic guidance on property transactions and development structures.

She is also a Partner at Legal City Homes and Properties — a real estate firm that focuses on advisory, training, sales, and brokerage. In addition, she serves as the Legal Adviser to the Ogun State Chapter of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN).

Adaku’s industry influence extends to her service on the boards of Female Lawyers in Real Estate Practice (FELIREP) and Women, Wealth and Real Estate.
